SPRENGER KK bits transmit aids with particular precision: with soft rein contact, they act like a normal single-jointed bit, but when the horse puts weight on the reins, it feels the pressure specifically on the edges of its tongue and lower jaw. The KK bit is also a good choice for horses with tongue problems and supports fine, controlled communication between rider and horse.
Thanks to the fixed side pieces, the KK D-ring bit lies quietly in the horse's mouth and offers a lateral limiting effect, which is helpful when riding turns.
Features:
- The rein aid pressure that is exerted on the tongue-edges and lower jaw is more intense compared to normal single jointed bits
- For strong horses that are unresponsive to normal double or single jointed bit
- For horses that tend to lean on the bit, using the reins as "5th leg"
- Allows direct pressure transmission on the tongue and lower jaw due to the fixed cheeks
- Lies steady in the horse's mouth, gentle on the corners of the mouth
- The lateral contact helps horses that tend to fall out whilst riding or approaching an obstacle

How do I care for my Sensogan bits? You should always wash your bits thoroughly with water and dry them after each use. SENSOGAN bits contain copper. Oxidation causes the bits to darken and may lose their shine. However, metal bits are particularly easy to clean and maintain
