How to measure for an UVEX helmet:

Use a measuring tape to measure the circumference of your head. Measure just above the ears and across the middle of your forehead – about 2.5 cm above the eyebrows. Do not pull the tape around your neck, only place it around your skull. If your head circumference falls between two sizes, choose the larger size.

TIP: No measuring tape at hand? Simply use a piece of string to take the measurement and then measure the string with a ruler or yardstick.
